Glen Lynch, CEO is responsible for the strategic and operational objectives of the GAL Group of Companies, in addition to the overall management of the Group’s activities and investment strategies. Glen joined GAL Aviation in January of 2013 following a 7 year term as President & CEO of Starlink Aviation where he successfully lead a corporate transformation resulting in an industry leader in business aircraft. During the last 2 years under Glen’s leadership, Starlink Aviation had earned the prestigious ‘WINGS’ magazine award for best FBO in Quebec and Canada. Services included Aircraft Management, Fixed Base Operations (FBO), Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Management as well the operation of a Corporate Shuttle with domestic and international operations.
With a background of 30 years management experience in Aerospace, Glen has a deep understanding of the financial, organizational and regulatory elements of the industry.
Glen is a past member of the President’s Council of the National Air Transport Association (NATA), in Washington DC., the advisory board of Air BP for North America, the North American Customer Advisory Board for CAE, and the MACC Foundation. He presently serves on several committees of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC), and the Board of Directors of the West Island Cancer Wellness Center (WICWC).

Bruno Morin, President & COO, educated at the Academy of National Aerospace and a former Instructor at Aeronautical School of Montreal, Bruno brings more than 30 years of aerospace experience to the GAL Aerospace Team. Bruno’s leadership in Program Management began in 1999 with Bombardier Aerospace in Tucson where he served as Program Manager for Interior/Modification Programs for the Global Express. His career progressed through various related positions including Director of Operations and Interior/Modification Programs with Savannah Air Center, Director of Program Office for Interior/Modification Programs with DeCrane Aerospace /PATS Aircraft, Senior Program Manager for wide Body Interior/Modification Programs with Airbus Completion Jet Centre in Toulouse France, and most recently Director of Program Office for Airbus 350 Aircraft with Zodiac Aerospace in California.
Bruno is a results-oriented management executive with demonstrated results in Sales, Program Management, Operation and Business Management specializing in leadership of projects scheduling, subcontracting, progress reporting and supplier monitoring. His personality, experience and firm understanding of FAA, EASA, TC, CAA, DGAC regulations will make him a valuable addition to GAL Aerospace leadership team.

Jonathan Cornwell, Vice President Business Development, is a results-driven and innovative Aerospace Industry Executive with a 25-year successful track record of consistently delivering high impact and cost-efficient sustainable results through combined experience in Sales, Business Development Planning, Operations Management, Subcontractor Negotiations, and Customer Relationship Management. He is recognized for his exceptional ability to assess business capabilities, identify and implement appropriate business, and product re-engineering measures to meet strategic objectives. Principal personal strengths include a distinguished industry reputation, dedication to and proven performance in continuous improvement, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, a healthy sense of urgency, a team leader and team builder who can be counted on to attain better-than expected results.
Vice President & General Manager, GAL AeroStaff
Gilles Ricard, Vice President & General Manager GAL AeroStaff, a graduate of the ‘École Nationale d'Aérotechnique’ began his career in the Aerospace industry 15 years ago as a Licensed Mechanic. He has since gone on to the positions of Supervisor and Inspector for Exeltech Aerospace and most recently as a Customer Support Representative for an international aviation company. Gilles joined GAL in March of 2011 and is responsible for the contractual employment agreements, customer agreements and business policies as well as recruiting and staffing strategies. His diverse career has taken him to Asia, the Middle-East, Africa, Europe, and North and South America, where he has had the opportunity to work with corporations of all sizes in both the public and private sectors; all of which have given him a broad understanding of all facets of Commercial Airline, MRO and OEM operations.
